How Zero-Knowledge Proofs Work
1. Generate Commitment
Your credit score is hashed with a random salt using Poseidon hash function. This creates a commitment that cannot be reversed.
2. Generate ZK Proof
Groth16 proving system creates a cryptographic proof that your score is above the threshold, without revealing the actual number.
3. Verify On-Chain
Smart contract verifies the proof using pairing equations on BN254 curve. Verification is instant and costs ~284k gas.
